In order to access the application form for the MSc in Healthcare Informatics or for the MSc in Information Governance, you will need to register. You should only use this form if you wish to apply for our MSc in Healthcare Informatics or MSc in Information Governance. If you wish to apply for other courses at either the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh or the University of Bath, you must not use this form.

You will be able to complete your application straight away. You may also return to your application at any time using your username and password until you have completed all sections and submit it for consideration. Subsequent to final submission, you will no longer be able to edit the form, so please do not submit until you have ensured that all the necessary information has been accurately supplied and you are ready to finish. You should also note that no action will be taken and your application will not be viewed until you have completed all sections and made your final submission.
